Memory / Prompts

This section will expose reusable prompt packs, memory documents, and evidence bundles available to Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, Cypher, and Oracle.

The schema for memory documents exists in the plan, but retrieval and prompt-pack UI are not implemented in the current app.
